For Construction Site Personnel

Target Group : Managerial Personnel in the construction Industry such as, Site managers, Contractors, Technical Assistants, Foremen, Supervisors etc. with adequate site management experience etc. (Must have the ability to read and understand construction drawings, Bills of Quantities, work programmes, material schedules etc.)

General Objectives : To train the participants to perform better in managing the on -site phase of a construction project by adopting the acquired skills in planning and control methods, site management and administration.

Course Structure :  The course will be conducted for 10 weeks (10 full days) every Thursday (from 0900 hours to 1700 hours)

Resource Personnel : A selected panel of lecturers drawn from both the public and private sectors will be presenting the sessions.
